1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tkk33 platform at tkk33.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tkk33 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the tkk33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and tkk33 with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the tkk33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions set out below.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on the tkk33 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.
• All information provided must relate to yourself — you may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Conditions

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Players who create duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and balances forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• In-play bets accepted after the documented event outcome is determined are void.
• Palpable errors in odds (clearly incorrect market prices resulting from human or technical error) may be voided by tkk33 at any time, including after settlement.
• Matches that are abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or cancelled will have all associated open bets voided and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkk33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and in serious cases, matter referred to the relevant authorities.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud & Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. tkk33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, matched betting with bonus funds, or any structured activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational gaming intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker environments to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players' positions.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent platform controls without explicit written consent from tkk33.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic arbitrage across multiple platforms or markets in a manner that constitutes abuse of tkk33's pricing — subject to tkk33's assessment at its sole discretion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits made on tkk33 without first raising a formal dispute with tkk33 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the tkk33 platform infrastructure, APIs, or data streams.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tkk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following sets out the circumstances under which such action may be taken and the process that applies.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login activity) — dormancy fees may apply as set out in the active fee schedule.

8.2 Closure Process

Where an account is closed due to a suspected Terms breach, tkk33 will conduct an internal review before releasing any remaining real-money balance. Players have the right to formally dispute a closure decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification. tkk33 will respond in writing within 10 business days of receiving a formal dispute.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tkk33 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkk33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. tkk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform.
